轻松料理-葱油淋鸡 [自然好油x茶籽堂]

材料

"去骨鸡腿 1支","茶籽堂苦茶油 1大匙","香油 1大匙","姜末 适量","葱花 适量","盐 1-2匙","枸杞 适量","姜片 3-5片","葱段 3-5大段","海盐 1匙","米酒 1大匙"

做法

    1: 食材备妥,将鸡腿肉洗净沥干水份备用..

    2: 加入醃料醃制30分钟以上..

    3: 放入大同取出放凉后切片,洒上葱花...

    4: 取出放凉后切片,洒上葱花...(汤汁留着等煮酱汁时用~)
