"猪绞肉 100g","干枝浆 200g","节瓜 1/2条","洋葱  1/4个","面包粉 1/2碗","盐 1匙","义大利综合香料 1大匙","洋香菜 酌量","芦笋 酌量","紫色洋葱  酌量","大陆妹 1片","葵果酱 酌量","起司丝 酌量"

做法

    1: 猪绞肉拌搅至有黏性,和花枝浆混搅均匀, 拌入节瓜末、洋葱末、面包粉, 香料、塩调味拌匀, 揑团压扁
