月见红茄豆腐炖肉
材料
"猪绞肉 100g","新鲜红番茄 2颗","干香菇 5小朵","洋葱 1/2颗","青葱 2支","芹菜 2支","鸡蛋豆腐 1盒","鸡蛋 1颗","米酒 50cc","昆布酱油 50cc","香油 适量","胡椒盐 适量"
做法

1: 将蕃茄、洋葱、芹菜、青葱、香菇切细末备用

2: 另外猪绞肉与鸡蛋豆腐拌匀

3: 接着将图1、图2和在一起,并加入酱料调味

4: 充分将酱料与所有食材均匀的搅拌

5: 将拌好的绞肉稍稍平压整齐

6: 放入电锅,外锅加入约150cc水开始炖煮至电源跳起

7: 电源跳起后约保温10~15钟后取出再倒扣在盘中

8: 随手放上一颗水煮蛋蛋黄点缀更美,充满蕃茄香气的豆腐炖肉上桌囉!
