燻沙鱼(气炸锅)
材料
"沙鱼片 6片","酱油 半杯","葱 5根","姜片 10片","酒 2大匙","酱油 12大匙","水 2杯","糖 5大匙","香油 1大匙","五香粉 少许","白芝麻 少许","水 4大匙"
做法

1: 沙鱼片先都对切

2: 醃入醃酱中约30分

3: 先把酱汁煮滚

4: 醃好的肉片用气炸锅200度烘12分

5: 夹起的鱼片泡入酱汁中~隔天再吃~吃之前撒上白芝麻~就很有味道喔
