材料
"米粉 1包","高丽菜 适量","香菇 数片","虾米 3分之一碗","猪绞肉 200g","南瓜 适量","红萝卜 适量","青葱 3支","芹菜 2支","五香粉.胡椒粉 适量","红葱头油{自制} 适量","红葱头 3粒","酱油 适量","鲜味炒手 2分之一茶匙","乌醋 少许"
做法

1: 热水滚后关火泡米粉.泡软后再用冷水泡米粉{这样米粉比较Q}.在备齐所有材料

2: 红葱头下锅爆香

3: 绞肉下锅翻炒加入胡椒粉.五香粉.酱油

4: 再将所有材料放入锅内加入红葱头油和鲜味炒手.酱油.乌醋翻炒

5: 最后将米粉下锅炒匀
