醋溜土豆丝(炒马铃薯丝)
材料
"猪肉丝 100g","木耳丝 2朵","土豆丝 2颗(250g)","辣椒丝 1条","葱花 1支","蒜末 2颗","香油 1小匙(5g)","盐 1/2小匙","鸡粉 1小匙","糖 1小匙","白醋 2大匙(30g)","香油 1/2小匙","酒 1小匙","酱油 1小匙","胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1: 猪肉入醃料醃,所有蔬菜切适当大小,木耳泡软后切丝,马铃薯丝洗个两三次后泡水半小时,炒前再洗过一次沥去水分

2: 起油锅爆香蒜末后加入猪肉丝炒至反白

3: 再加入马铃薯、葱、辣椒、木耳跟调味料翻炒
