蘑菇浓汤

材料

"蘑菇 1盒","马铃薯 1颗","洋葱 半颗","(无盐)奶油 30g","面粉 45g","牛奶 220cc","鸡高汤(或水) 440cc","黑胡椒 1/8茶匙","盐 1/2茶匙"

做法

  1. step1

    1: 融化奶油加入洋葱,炒到透明后加入蘑菇

  2. step2

    2: 先将鸡高汤加入面粉拌匀后,倒入作法1中(炒好的蘑菇&洋葱),煮至汤滚冒泡

  3. step3

    3: 倒入牛奶、盐、黑胡椒调味,大约煮15分钟就完成囉~
