超开胃豆腐蒸鲑鱼
材料
"鲑鱼 2大片","豆腐 1块","嫩姜 适量","红辣椒 1条","香菜 适量","料酒 25ml","海盐 少许","酱油 30ml","味霖 45ml","柠檬汁 40ml","糖 20g","香油 少许"
做法

1: 鲑鱼洗净轻薄片, 加入料酒醃制一下

2: 豆腐用厨房万用纸将多余水分吸干,切薄片备用

3: 依序ㄧ片豆腐ㄧ片鲑鱼排于盘中

4: 撒上嫩姜丝、海盐

5: 蒸锅加入水预热, 放入步骤4 中小火蒸熟

6: 混合、调匀调味酱料食材

7: 淋上蒸好豆腐鲑鱼, 撒上红辣椒、香菜即可上桌享用囉!
