什锦炒饼『牛头牌端午好香拌』
材料
"葱抓饼 2片","猪肉丝 60g","黑木耳 1片","香菇 6朵","大白菜 4片","豆芽菜 1把","红萝卜 1/3条","韭黄 1小把","虾仁 60g","小章鱼 6只","姜末 1大匙","蒜末 1大匙","牛头牌红葱肉燥 2大匙","盐巴 少许","酱油 1大匙","胡椒粉 1小匙","糖 少许"
做法

1: 锅中不放油直接去烙 两面金黄即可起锅 切成小片状

2: 备料~香菇泡过水切丝.红萝卜切丝.黑木耳切丝.韭黄切小段.小章鱼切条状.姜末.蒜末.大白菜切小块.豆芽菜.

3: 煎过抓饼的锅子直接炒香猪肉丝 加姜.蒜末一起爆香

4: 接着放红萝卜丝.黑木耳丝.香菇丝炒出香气

5: 加牛头牌红葱肉燥.酱油.糖炒入味 加香菇水

6: 加大白菜.豆芽菜

7: 炒至锅中汤汁稍微收干

8: 下虾仁.小章鱼翻炒一下

9: 最后放葱抓饼 大火翻炒

10: 起锅前再加些牛头牌红葱肉燥.增加香气 试一下味道下调味料 盐巴.胡椒粉 就可以起锅了
