酱卤猪排
材料
"带骨猪排 6片","葱姜 少许","地瓜粉 适量","酱油 2大匙","米酒 2大匙","柴鱼粉 适量","糊椒粉 1小匙","五香粉 1小匙","水 3大匙","沙茶炸酱 1.5大匙","酱油 1大匙","糖 0.5大匙",
做法

1: 猪排段荕,用肉锤拍打一下

2: 醃料拌匀

3: 放入猪排醃30分(记得每片都要沾上酱汁)

4: 用酱汁与地瓜粉拌匀

5: 猪排两面沾上粉浆

6: 放入高温油锅中炸30秒起锅(不熟没关系),也可用煎的

7: 少许油爆香葱姜加一碗水和卤汁放炸好的猪排

8: 用小火卤5~10分钟

9: 取出摆盘或切片即可
