生菜虾松
材料
"虾仁 约一碗量","油条 半条","结球生菜叶 8片","洋葱 半颗","芹菜 约一株","葱 一枝","香菜 少许","奶油 少许","白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙","黑胡椒粗粒 1/4茶匙","盐 1/4茶匙","米酒 一大匙","太白粉 1/2茶匙","白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙","蛋白 约一大匙量","盐 1/4茶匙"
做法

1: 虾仁先拍扁一刀,一只虾大约再剁个四刀块成小颗粒,再以醃料醃渍约十分钟,

2: 生菜叶用一个碗盖在上方,用水果刀切割出圆形形状,再将割好的叶子泡入冰开水中,以增加脆度,

3: 洋葱,芹菜,葱,香菜都切成小细丁,

4: 油条切成小细丁,放入平底锅内干炒到香脆(不用放油),拿起备用,

5: 把少许奶油块放入平底锅溶化,加入虾仁,拌炒至虾仁熟了微乾乾的,

6: 转中小火倒入芹菜丁,洋葱丁拌炒,白胡椒粉+盐+粗黑胡椒粉都拌匀后熄火,

7: 再加入葱末,香菜末,油条丁就完成囉,要食用时再舀放在生菜叶上即可,
