"金门蟹 3只","洋葱 1颗","蛋 1颗","蒜片 5-6颗","地瓜粉 2大匙","金门38度高梁酒 3-4大匙","四季酱油 1大匙","四季酱油膏 1大匙","沙茶酱 1大匙","冰糖 1茶匙","水 3大匙"
做法

1: 备料

2: 将螃蟹切块裹上地瓜粉后以中小火入油锅炸至金黄色即可捞起备用

3: 将炸油倒掉后原锅炒香蒜片及洋葱待香味出来后

4: 放入已酥脆的金门蟹拌炒

5: 放入金门38度高梁酒

6: 及调味料拌炒待汁收一下后

7: 放入蛋液即可利用锅中余温将蛋炒熟
