糖醋鱼片
材料
"蕃茄酱 3大匙","面粉 少许","白醋 3大匙","细砂糖 1大匙","米酒 少许","盐巴 1小匙","凤梨水 2大匙","米酒 少许","盐巴 少许","胡椒 少许","鲷鱼 1片","青椒 一颗","红椒 半颗","洋葱 1/4颗","凤梨罐头 半罐"
做法

1: 备料:鲷鱼斜切片状,洋葱和青红椒切小块

2: 将切好的鱼片抓入醃料拌匀,备用

3: 煎鱼片前先裹上少许的面粉,静置反潮鱼片煎至两面金黄即可先取出

4: 先炒香蕃茄酱后,加入糖醋酱汁煮滚,将洋葱 青红椒片放入拌炒,最后放入凤梨片及煎好的鱼片拌匀即可
