冰醉鸡丝~(不一定用鸡腿肉也好吃)^^
材料
"鸡肉(鸡腿也可照作) 半只","姜 5.6片","枸杞 少许","当归(可有可无) 2片","红枣 2颗","绍兴酒(米酒代替可) 400CC","水750 CC","糖(喝汤铁匙) 1汤匙","盐 1小匙","小黄瓜 1条"
做法

1: 鸡肉+姜片放入电锅蒸熟

2: 水先煮开后+所有材料放下再煮开

3: 将蒸熟的鸡肉和酱汁泡在一起.放为凉后冰入冰箱.约2.3天入味最好吃喔^^

4: 小黄瓜刨丝铺底盘.鸡肉拨丝(切丝状).在淋上醉鸡汁即可完成^^
