"猪绞肉 300g","蒜 4瓣","红萝卜 1小段","脆瓜 1匙","黄帝豆 1/2碗","豌豆婴 酌量","香菜 酌量","盐 2g","胡椒粉 1g","五香粉 0.5g","香油 少许","糯米 1碗"
做法

1: 黄帝豆去皮和红萝卜、脆瓜、蒜切成细末

2: 猪绞肉搅拌至有黏性

3: 食材拌匀,塩、胡椒粉、五香粉、香油调味

4: 肉泥揑成丸子

5: 糯米浸泡2小时滤干

6: 肉丸滚上糯米,电锅蒸熟(外锅1杯水)
