做法

1: 备料;牛绞肉加醃料拌匀

2: 九层塔叠起卷好切碎,姜蒜切末,辣椒切圈

3: 锅子烧热,干烙洋菇至焦黄略缩,盛出备用

4: 起油锅爆香姜蒜末,放入牛绞肉炒散
