做法

1: 黄面团材料投入面包机内锅,[乌龙面模式]搅打15分钟后取出,放进密封盒,进冷藏发酵10~24小时 。黑面团、褐面团照上述说明制作,搅打改为5分钟。

2: 冷藏发酵12~20小时内取出使用,三色面团各分为6份(大约就可以),捏成长条状(约等于12两吐司模长),黑色面团在最内层,再包覆褐色面团,最外层为黄面团,排入土司模中

3: 温度40度,发酵40~50分,烤箱预热180烘烤40分
