Cheese鸡肉卷佐泰式酸辣酱
材料
"鸡胸肉薄片 3片","起士片 3片","寿司海苔 1片","秋葵 3根","(裹粉)面包粉 约1碗的量","(裹粉)起士粉 1大匙","(裹粉)蒜粉 2小匙","(裹粉)蛋 1颗","(裹粉)面粉 适量","(酱汁)大蒜末 1大匙","(酱汁)辣椒 1根","(酱汁)糖 1小匙","(酱汁)酱油 1小匙","(酱汁)鱼露 1大匙","(酱汁)柠檬 1颗","海苔粉 适量","起士粉 适量","(酱汁)麻油 1/4小匙"
做法

1: 秋葵放进滚水中加上少许的盐和油做川烫~熟成后取出沥干水分备用!

2: 鸡胸肉切成片状~用刀片稍微拍打成较薄一点的片状!取一片鸡胸肉薄片依序放上起士片-海苔-和秋葵再卷起!

4: (裹粉)面包粉加上起士粉和蒜粉进锅中干炒香...面包粉微微上色后关火备用!

5: (裹粉)把步骤2卷好的鸡肉卷依序沾上面粉-蛋液-和步骤3炒香的面包粉...稍微放一下反潮后即可进烤箱烘烤!

6: 烤箱预热上下火200度...烘烤约20~25分钟!途中可翻面继续烘烤! 明

7: (泰式酸辣酱汁):把(酱汁)中所有的材料拌匀即可成酸辣酱~亦可以沾著吃较爽口也可洒上起士粉和海苔粉一起吃风味也很棒喔^^
