泰式酸辣凉拌菇菇
材料
"好菇道鸿喜菇 110g","好菇道雪白菇 110g","红萝卜丝 60g","小黄瓜丝 一大条约170g","高丽菜丝 110g","糖 4大匙","盐 1/4匙","冷开水 100ml","鱼露 2大匙","柠檬汁 2大匙","辣椒末 2茶匙","蒜末 1.5茶匙","香油 少许","九层塔叶切末备用 适量","碎花生 一大匙"
做法

1: 将所有食材、酱汁准备好,酱汁部分先以冷开水将糖搅拌融解,再和其余调味料混和拌匀

2: 将蔬食类放入保鲜盒

3: 将酱汁倒入蔬食中拌匀

4: 盖上保鲜盒摇晃拌匀使之尽速入味,放置于冰箱中约15分钟

5: 取出盛盘前再将碎花生、九层塔末倒入混和拌匀

6: 盛盘,清爽开胃上桌^^
