养生红曲卤肉
材料
"廋肉 一斤","葱 4支","姜 5-6片","八角 2个","卤包 1包","豆轮 8个","豆干 10个","红糟(红 2大T","酱油 2大T","冰糖 1T","木瓜片 2片","水 适量","盐 适量","胡椒粉 1/2t","五香粉 1/2t"
做法

1: 1.所有材料洗净 2.葱切段,姜切片

2: 3.豆轮用热水浸泡到软备用 4.将切块的廋肉川烫好备用

3: 5.起油锅倒入麻油爆香姜片到干瘪状

4: 6.放入肉块及八角用小火瘪到肉有焦焦再加入红糟续炒到上色

5: 7.放入葱段和水,水要淹过肉搅拌后煮滚

6: 8.将卤肉移到砂锅中,水再加超过肉约1.5公分左右

7: 9.放入木瓜片并调味大火煮滚后改成小火闷煮约半小时 10.肉变软后则可依序加入豆轮、豆干及蛋一起下去卤约半小时左右(可依喜爱增添卤物)
