波菜雅芝竹開胃醬

材料

兩湯匙牛油 2 tablespoons butter

半杯切碎蔥白及部份小青蔥 1/2 cup green onions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced

兩瓣蒜頭 2 cloves garlic, minced

鹽少許 salt

一礶雅芝去水及切碎 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

一包急凍碎波菜去水及切碎 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained and squeezed dry

一包輭忌廉芝士 8 ounces cream cheese

半杯碎格魯耶爾芝士 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

半杯碎帕森芝士 1/2 cup finely grated Parmigiano

1/4茶匙辣醬 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

少許肉荳蔻 1 pinch ground nutmeg

少許鹽及黑椒 salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1/4杯碎馬蘇里拉芝士 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

做法

1、預熱焗爐華氏400度 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2、牛油熱熔,中火炒軟蔥白加少許鹽,大概五分鐘,加蒜頭略炒,離火。

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; stir in onions and pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Stir garlic into onions and remove from heat.

3、混合波菜、雅芝竹、忌簾軟芝士、格魯耶爾芝士、帕馬森芝士、辣醬、肉荳蔻粉、鹽及黑椒 Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Gruyere, Parmigiano-Reggiano, hot sauce, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined.

4、將混合好的材料舖滿焗盤,灑上馬蘇里拉芝士 Spoon artichoke mixture into two ramekins. Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.

5、放進焗爐焗大約25分鐘至金黄 Bake in the preheated oven until tops are golden brown and bubbling, about 25 minutes.
