蒜泥白肉

材料

猪肉片SlicedPork 500克g,青葱GreenOnion 1根pc,姜泥MicedGinger 10g,大蒜Garlic 4颗cloves,辣椒ChiliPepper 3条pcs,辣椒油ChiliOil 5g,酱油SoySauce 15g,芝麻油SesameOil 10g,白醋WhiteVinegar 少许Som

做法

1、滚一锅水, 将猪肉一片一片慢慢放进锅里. 再加入青葱和姜泥去腥味.Boil a pot of water, and put pork slices into the pot and boil until cooked. Add Green onion and ginger bring to boil, to get rid of the porky tastes.

2、将猪肉片拿起摆盘放凉.Then take them out and display on the plate to cool.

3、蒜头和辣椒切碎 (辣椒如果是新鲜的就切碎,干燥的可用手拨碎), 加入一个小碗里.Mince garlic and chili (chop chili if it’s fresh, if it’s dried you can just break them by hand), then put into a bowl.

4、加入酱油, 芝麻油 , 白醋, 最后加入辣油, 搅拌均匀. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, white vinegar and last chili oil, mix well.

5、将酱料淋上猪肉片.Sprinkle the sauces on the pork.
