义大利肉酱

材料

猪绞肉Groundpork 300g,基底酱PastaBase 1罐bottle,蒜头Garlic 2颗cloves,洋葱Onion 1/2颗pc,蘑菇Mushrooms 3颗pcs,调味料It.Seaoning 少许Some,盐Salt 少许Som

做法

1、洋葱, 蒜头切碎, 蘑菇切片.Mince onion, garlic and slice button mushrooms

2、将猪绞肉炒至半熟, 加入洋葱和蒜头继续拌炒. Half cook and spread the ground pork, add onion and garlic continue to cook and mix.

3、加入义大利调味料, 义大利酱, 和盐. 搅拌均匀. Add some Italian seasoning, pasta sauce and salt. Mix well.

4、最后加入蘑菇, 搅拌后盖上锅盖小火煮约5分钟. (煮义大利面)Finally add the button mushrooms, mix then close the lid, turn the heat down to low and cook for 5 mins.(cook pasta)

5、加上一些九层塔和帕马森干酪会更好吃. 如果喜欢吃辣的可以加上塔巴斯科辣椒酱. Add some dried basil and Parmesan cheese for extra tastes. Add some Tabasco if you like it spicy.
