姜烧猪肉

材料

猪肉片SlicedPork 1磅Lb.,洋葱 1棵pc.,酱油Onion 3大匙tsp.,姜泥SoySauce 2大匙tsp.,味淋Mirin 2大匙tsp.,植物油Veg.Oil 2大匙tsp

做法

1、准备一个搅拌盆, 加入猪肉片, 再加入酱油, 姜泥 和味淋, 搅拌均匀后腌10~15分钟.Prepare a mixing bowl, place sliced pork, add soy sauce, ginger and mirin, mix well then marinade for 10 ~15 mins.

2、将洋葱切成条状.Shred Onion

3、热锅加油之后加入洋葱拌炒至洋葱稍软. Heat oil in skillet then add onion and pan fry until the onion is slightly soft.

4、将全部猪肉和腌料一同倒进锅里拌炒至全熟.(如果腌料很干可加些水)Put the whole pork marinade into the skillet and continue pan frying until fully cooked. (add some water if too dry)

5、让水稍微蒸发, 不要太水. Let water evaporate a little so it’s not too watery.

6、关火后就可以盛盘了! (可加上青葱让摆盘好看一点)Turn off the heat then move onto a dish. (Add some green onion to make the dish more colorful)
