两步南瓜派

材料

南瓜泥罐头pumpkincan 440ml,炼乳condensedmilk 300ml,鸡蛋eggs 2颗pcs,肉桂cinnamon 1小匙tsp,姜粉groundginger ½小匙tsp,豆蔻粉groundNutmeg ½小匙tsp,盐salt ½小匙tsp,9饼皮piecrust 1片p

做法

1、烤箱预热425F/218C. 搅拌南瓜, 炼乳, 鸡蛋, 肉桂粉, 姜粉, 豆蔻粉和盐直到均匀. 放进烤箱烤15分钟.

2、烤箱调至350F/175C, 派继续在考40分钟. (或者刀子切派时没有残渣在刀上). 放凉. 装饰. Reduce oven temperature to 350F/175C, continue to baking the pie for 40 mins. (Until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.) Cool. Garnish.
