洛神花蜜饯

材料

洛神花 随意,蜂蜜 随意

做法

  1. 1: 只把新鲜洛神花的花萼掰出,洗干净;Remove all the roselle pods, keep the petals and wash thoroughly.

  2. 2: 使用塔斯曼尼亚的纯天然蜂蜜极为香甜;I use pure Tasmanian honey.

  3. 3: 把洛神花花萼放入玻璃瓶内,先放一层蜂蜜;Put some roselle petals into the bottom of the jar, followed by some honey.

  4. 4: 再放一层花萼一层蜂蜜;Repeat the previous step.

  5. 5: 放满瓶子后以厚厚的蜂蜜封顶;Until the roselle petals are done, seal with a thick layer of honey.

  6. 6: 摇匀,盖好,室温密渍48小时,每天摇晃一下,使其均匀;Shake well, cover, marinate for at least 48 hours. You can shake a bit every day.

  7. 7: 过了两天,体积变得小了,而蜂蜜也变得比较稀了;When time is up, the volume reduces a bit.

  8. 8: 馋了取一两片出来享用,脆脆的口感,蛮特别的!It tastes a bit crunchy and sweet.

  9. 9: 取蜂蜜汁冲水饮用相当滋润。Honey water is good too!
