脆皮猪肉起司塔塔
材料
"猪绞肉 300克","洋葱丁 半颗","黄椒丁 半颗","蕃茄丁 半颗","蒜末 2颗","馄饨皮 8张","双色起司条 适量","盐 1/4茶匙","黑胡椒 少许","辣椒酱 1大匙","柠檬汁 1大匙","糖 1/2茶匙",
做法

1:将洋葱.黄椒.蕃茄切丁蒜切末备用

2:猪绞肉干锅逼油炒香

3:加入蔬菜丁调味料拌炒均匀备用

4:取一小烤盘放上馄饨皮放入一大匙炒好猪绞肉铺上一层起司再加入一匙绞肉

5:最上层在铺上满满起司用180度烤约13-15分就完成囉
